This program opens the default display and creates a 1x1 pixel window
at location (0,0). It fills the window with white, then grey, then
it closes the window. It waits five minutes and then it does it all
over again.

What's the point of this? Subliminal messages in Morse Code?

The idea is to be able to continually update the screen---ever so
slightly---every five minutes so that Xvnc generates a packet or
two. This will keep the session alive in the event that there's an
inactivity timer on an intermediate router. It will also help out
in the event that the VNC viewer's machine crashes or is taken off
the network. When that happens, unless the server generates packets
the connection is never closed and the middleware believes that
someone may still be viewing the session. If packets generated
for the VNC connection are not answered by the client, the connection
will be terminated in 15 minutes.
